Welcome Back!

Welcome Back!  It is wonderful to see so many familiar faces in person and on Zoom again! How delightful it is to meet new students, staff, and faculty as well!  And while none of us were expecting the Covid-19 variants to send us back to the mask drawer (where we had stored them, just in case), we know how to coexist with the virus now, to stay safe, and to continue to serve our students, pursue knowledge, and make new art at the same time.

We are anticipating a vibrant and fulfilling 2021-2022 academic year! Congratulations to our faculty and students for accomplishments over the summer detailed on our Spotlight pages. We are looking forward to speakers coming as part of our Native American Studies program, our Artist Lecture Series, our Center for Ethics, Law, and Society Lecture Series, and many others. We are looking forward to music, theatre, and dance performances too.

Mainly, we are anticipating a year of teaching and learning together, in American Multicultural Studies, Chicano and Latino Studies, Cinematic Arts and Technology, Communication and Media Studies, Art and Art History, English, Liberal Studies, Modern Languages and Literatures, Music, Native American Studies, Philosophy, Theatre Arts, and Dance.

Welcome and Welcome Back!
